A dry Riesling with a tiny bit of residual sweetness of igrapefruit, followed by a riper nose of stone fruit. The palate is medium bodied, juicy and fruity, clean, bright with a zesty finish. This excellent white wine to pair with seafood and foie gras as well.

Grape Variety: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
Bright ruby colour. Fruity aromas of berries, liquorice, violet. The mouth is crunchy, medium bodied, with notes of red fruits. Smooth Tannins and good persistence in the mouth.

85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
Medium garnet-purple color and notions of kirsch, baked plums and raspberry preserves with suggestions of menthol, tabacco leaf and powdered cinnamon. Full-bodied palate jam packed with juicy red and blackberry preserves flavours, supported by chewy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing with a spicy kick.
